Meditation is a proven way to reduce stress and increase health and well-being. Many people also discover a surge in creativity, energy, and effectiveness as a result of their practice. Meditation can be a totally natural process, but it is often shrouded in mystery and fancy words. So, I teach in a non-denominational way and use every-day language to help people understand the process.

I've found that every person has a slightly different, unique way that they enter into meditation. Accordingly, my approach has become much more coaching oriented rather than didactic. Over time, people often find one or more particular techniques which work well for them, but it may take a little time to discover that in an open, exploratory way. 

Once you get a sense for meditation, you'll realize that it doesn't require superhuman skills, special clothes, difficult postures, a particular belief system or a lot of money.
